This is the best surgery in the area. All the staff go that extra mile to help you and everyone is professional and cariing. I cant fault the surgery and would be amazed if anyone did. The NHS always gets a negative press but I have nothing but praise for this wonderful service--feel very lucky to be able to sue this wonderful facility

I feel lucky to be a patient of Dr Williams at this surgery, brilliant car parking facilities,clean&bright surgery,friendly,cheerful and help full staff, The nurse Mary i have had to see on occassion is always cheerful,kind and careing. Never a problem to get an appointment, Just a brilliant G.P practice.

I have been a patient here for some 12 years or more now and the service in the beginning was excellent, I feel in certain areas the quality has reduced, appointments are more difficult to get especially in the winter although the late evening ones are very good for commuters and this surgery is to be commended for that.

Holbrook Surgery offers excellent care and consideration of patients' needs ranging from telephone service, parking facilities, reception staff, waiting room facilities to face to face and telephone consultations with GPs. I have always been given excellent clinical care by Holbrook Surgery for many years and I am grateful for this. In addition, their monitoring and management of my Diabetes is second to none. My GP Dr. Ziyada and Joyce Skeet, my diabetic nurse have been proactive in helping me maintain my blood sugar to a reasonable level . I have enormously benefited health-wise from their professionalism and dedication. I feel lucky to be registered with the best surgery in Horsham.

This surgery is the best doctor's surgery I have ever been registered at. I have always been able to get an appointment on the day I need it, usually with the doctor of my choice. You don't have to see your own doctor, you are allowed to see whichever doctor you wish to - each doctor has a specialism so you can choose the doctor to suit your ailment! Occasionally you have to wait, but you soon realise that this is because each doctor will give you the time you require - if you need more than the time slot allowed you will not be hassled to get out. All the doctors that I have seen here are kind, thoughtful and very good at their jobs.
